I have over 13 years of experience of educating people on movement and whole body health. I’m qualified in matwork & studio Pilates having trained with both Body Control Pilates® & Polestar Pilates. I offer group and 1:1 Pilates tuition, pre-natal and post-natal Pilates.
I am also part of the Polestar Pilates Education team.
