Flexible Strength Pilates
The perfect class for cross-training if you run or cycle or simply enjoy using equipment in your workouts. We use the small Pilates props (bands, balls, toning circles) for feedback, free weights to strengthen muscles and dynamic stretches to open up the body.
Classical Pilates
A great antidote to being hunched over a computer! We focus on the foundations of the classical matwork repertoire. Classes are progressive; experienced clients perform the more advanced versions of the exercises, with modifications given to clients still building their skill and strength.
Pregnancy Pilates
For the health of you and your bump from 14 weeks of pregnancy. Supportive exercise designed for the 2nd & 3rd trimesters.
CLASS DETAILS
Mats & Equipment
Mats & equipment are provided for you at no extra cost. This saves you having to remember to bring a mat with you each week. For the Flexible Strength class you have the use of Resistance Bands, Overballs, Toning Circles and Hand Weights.
Venue Location
St Bride Foundation is just off Fleet Street, next to St Bride Church. It’s in walking distance of Fetter Lane, Chancery Lane, Ludgate Circus and Blackfriars Bridge. It is only 5 minutes walk from City Thameslink and 10 minutes from Blackfriars and St Paul’s tube stations.
