Pilates for Home Practice
I encourage all my clients to do home practice on a regular basis during the week.
Not only will this make a real difference to what you achieve in class but will also improve how you move and feel in daily life.
I’m very happy to advise on what type of mat to buy and from where, especially as Pilates mats ideally need to be thicker than yoga mats.
I also have a small stock of Pilates props you can buy to create your own home Pilates kit, such as head cushion, resistance band, spikey ball and Pilates soft ball. And I’m always keen to recommend Pilates books or DVDs.
