If you’re keen to practice Pilates outside of your sessions, I can write a bespoke exercise programme/s for you at a small additional cost.
They include a breakdown of specific exercises for any key areas you need to work on, details of correct positioning and technique, breathing patterns and how to avoid common exercise mistakes.

It’s sensible to avoid eating a heavy meal before a 1:1 Session. Late arrival may result in reduced appointment time.
